Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP advises clients on managing business controversy and conflict, executing deals, and maintaining regulatory compliance. We provide services to companies throughout their lifecycle from purchasing a company to investigating potential fraud.
In 2008, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (Deloitte FAS) opened a new facility in Nashville, TN for e-discovery and computer forensics work. Deloitte FAS' E-Discovery Solutions Center (EDSC) continues to increase the capacity, quality, and efficiency of Deloitte FAS' e-file processing by utilizing state-of-the-art technology in a dedicated environment. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join Deloitte FAS' Analytic & Forensic Technology practice and help drive the success of the EDSC.
The EDSC is a 24x7, 365 days a year operation. The position is located in Nashville, Tennessee.
Job Responsibilities
Primary interface between region and the EDSC
Responsible for project development, quality/scope/time management, and client satisfaction
Ability to translate client requests into specific technical procedures
Identify, address, and escalate risks and issues in relation to compliance and proprietary requirements
Organize team meetings with on-site project managers and prepare status reports to ensure project delivery
Ensure sufficient resources are defined and allocated for maximum project efficiency
Integration of tracking and billing information within invoicing processes
Perform final project activities, such as closing project documentation and archiving appropriate records
Qualifications:
Bachelor-s degree

years of project management experience
2-3 years of hands-on Electronic Discovery Project Management experience is required. Prior Law Firm experience is a plus
Knowledge and proven application of project lifecycle methodologies. PMI or other similar professional certification preferred
Ability to communicate procedures performed to non-technical managers, partners, and clients.
Excellent project management skills, including experience in the development of management reports, time management and organization skills, and ability to delegate authority and tasks
Ability to assess and manage risk.
Capability to perform project revenue forecasting, cost control and profitability analysis
Power user of common litigation/document review tools (i.e. Concordance, Relativity and Clearwell)
Excellent knowledge of Litigation Support arena, including services particularly in Electronic Discovery and tools (e.g. scan software, OCR software, litigation support databases, etc)
Software application proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with extensive experience with MS Excel and MS Project
SQL Programming proficiency a plus
Experience in handling multiple concurrent complex projects within a technical environment
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with all levels
Strong communication skills with both internal staff and clients
