Manpower of North Las Vegas is looking for qualified candidates with manufacturing experience. The manufacturing plant is located in North Las Vegas. If you have the required skills & qualifications please contact Manpower North Las Vegas office. Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Tasks Extremely safety, environmentally and health oriented in work conduct and in relation to Plant operations. Perform quality checks on products and parts. Package finished products and prepare them for shipment. Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process. Review work orders to ensure work is performed according to specifications. Complete production reports to communicate team production level to management. Perform routine diagnostic laboratory tests. The candidate must be very conscientious about following formulation guidelines and product quality standards in product manufacturing. Not afraid to ask questions when unsure of procedures, conditions or instructions. Maintain production equipment and machinery. Tools/Software Used: Machinery, hammers, wrenches, gauges. 1st Shift initially however willing and able to work all shifts of operation and overtime as required to maintain Plant production and performance. Mechanical Aptitude is required to enjoy this work. Familiarity with pneumatics, computer motion controls, belts & pulleys, photo eyes, conveyor systems, robotics, turn tables, hot melt glue systems and blending equipment will benefit candidate. It is very important that the candidate is responsible for Plant and equipment clean up and maintaining a clean work environment throughout the Plant both inside and out. Shovel, sweep, or otherwise clean work areas. 1.Perform clean-up utility 2.Operate Forklift Raw Material Handling and Bulk Truck for loading& unloading 3.Operate Ready Mix packaging Line. 4.Operate Dry packaging Line. 5.Perform Daily quality testing. 6.Operate Ready Mix Mixer 7.Operate Dry Mix Mixer 8.Able to perform routine maintenance 9.Able to complete competitive product testing. 10.Must have electrical maintenance and electrical repair skills. 11.Must be able to read blueprints and sketches. 12.Must have good operation coordination skills.
