Position Description:
Websphere Portal/J2EE web Developer with experience in developing portlet applications, services and components for WebSphere Portal.
Must have technical skills/Experience
Websphere Portal v6 and above
Portlet development using JSR 168, JSR 286, IBM API
Websphere Content management, Personalization
WebDevelopment, Web2.0, Webservices
PL/SQL for Oracle v11 and above
Knowledge and experience working with tools like RAD, Jenkins
Building, deploying applications for WebSphere Application Server
Hands on development experience with Java /J2EE, JMS, MQ
Working experience on AIX, Windows OS
Can work independently with requirement analysis, design and development.
Should be able to do produce high-level design and Low Level design using design patterns and documenting design using UML artefacts.
A strong team player, with ability to manage and coordinate developers/testers at back office.
Should be able to work with Back Office effectively by utilizing the BackOffice team members.
Demonstrate strong development skills in team environment or individually. Help team to trouble shoot the design and code problems.
Support B2B applications, trouble shoot issues and find the route cause for the issues and fix them.
