Job Description:
Greets guests' within 10 feet of arriving at the concierge desk using proper greeting, eye contact and a smile. Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner (within 3 rings). Use approved greeting and guest name. Use approved script for greeting and closure on all guest interactions. Must have friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor. Helps guest with request including booking reservations, special request, amenities and other needs. Assist front desk with processing reservations for check-in and check-out for all transient, internet, casino, government, and group guest efficiently in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Ensure high standards are maintain and compliance with all IP policy and procedures. Apply P.O.W.E.R. Achiever standards for the department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years of age.Two years college or equivalent experience.One year employment in a spa/salon environment preferred.Retail experiences a plus.A superior sense of organization, control, and ability to prioritize in a fast paced, busy environment. Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to express self in a professional, clear, and concise fashion. Must present a polished, impeccable appearance and a professional demeanor.Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.Must be able to work flexible hours.
Preferred spa knowledge and computer knowledge. Oral and written proficiency in the English language.
