Description The Hampton Inn and Suites Annapolis in Annapolis, Maryland is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Manager. If you have prior maintenance experience and a broad knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and light carpentry, this position could be right for you.
Successful candidate s responsibilities will include responsibility for the overall maintenance and repair of the hotel s building, rooms, equipment and grounds. Ability to work weekends and holidays and on-call is also required.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid state driver's license also required. Prior maintenance experience and a broad knowledge of plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, HVAC certification and basic computer skills preferred.
