123 Exteriors is hiring motivated and reliable canvassing Farm Teams to distribute flyers and schedule consultations for our Restoration Specialists. This is your chance to start in the minors as a canvasser while building your way to major league earning potential as a 123 Exteriors Restoration Specialist. Rapid advancement is given to those with a proven work ethic and consistent performance.
POSITION:
Part-Time (16 hours a week) $12 per hour
Tues, Wed, Thurs 4pm-8pm and Saturday 11am-3pm
Start date is April 1
Bonuses available based on job performance
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be driven, outgoing, interactive, professional and reliable.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
Must be 18 or older to apply.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Strong work ethic that demonstrates enthusiasm, persistence and a competitive spirit.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
The Farm Team is designed to be a training ground to coach potential 123 Exteriors Restoration Specialists.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
