Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Team Lead to help the Epic team effectively develop the content and plans to prepare for an upcoming go-live event:
Responsibilities:
Function as team lead overseeing all activities for the Ambulatory Clinical team.
Review current build and keep the Ambulatory Clinical team on track for scheduled practice go-lives.
Assist and provide advice in pre-go live planning such as workflow around office devices, go-live support and personalization sessions.
Work closely with and problem solve with the Interim CMIO.
Assume leadership of the clinical ambulatory analyst team and report to the Epic Project Director.Requirements:
Deep experience with Epic in an ambulatory setting.
Experience managing an analyst team and having participated in multiple go-lives especially in a dynamic environment that includes academic and employed physicians in a variety of different practice settings.
Clinical background experience.
Need to work onsite weekly for the first several weeks to catch up on deadlines associated with the build. After this time, it is likely that being on site every other week with remote work on the intervening weeks may be possible.
