Attorney, Commercial Contracts and Deal Development
The candidate will provide contracting legal support for the independent retail and institutional healthcare provider customer segments for the U.S Pharmaceutical Distribution business. Primary responsibility will be providing legal support for contract development and requests for proposal. In addition to contracting, the attorney will provide a wide array of counseling and support to address the customer segment needs, such as deal development, operational efficiencies of internal contracting processes, legal risk mitigation, customer relationship management and retention, and strategic initiatives and service offerings. Will have frequent interactions with internal stakeholders across multiple function groups, such as sales, finance, distribution operations, and product management.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
