Senior Counsel - Public Sector
The candidate will provide legal support for the company's National Account Services business unit. Responsibilities will include: negotiating, drafting and closing a wide variety of complex client contracts, and related contracts, including payroll, time and labor management, benefits administration services, tax filing and payroll services, under limited supervision, primarily in the context of service agreements with public sector clients (i.e., governmental entities, including state, municipal, and federal governmental entities). Will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining compliance programs in relation to providing services to public sector entities, including analysis of applicable laws and regulations and recommendations with respect to changes to business operations. Other responsibilities will include: assistance with monitoring the effectiveness of the compliance programs; conducting periodic training on the compliance programs, the services agreements and the contract process in general; assisting in connection with responses to RFPs; reviewing marketing materials; and negotiating and drafting strategic alliance agreements, reseller agreements, professional services agreements, and other legal documents. Provide general legal advice on other matters relating to the National Account Services business unit. Interface with all levels of Division and Corporate Management, including Sales and Business Operations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
