We are looking for a Hotel Maintenance Technician to Head Up Our Maintenance Program for 3 Iowa Side Quad City Hotels.
We are looking for someone who likes to take appreciation on doing a good job, and can work with very little supervision, and can follow directions. Also the ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
Able to read a metric tape
Able to work with basic tools such as hammer, screw drivers, wrenches, mowers, weed eaters, snow blowers etc.
Able to paint
Extensive Plumbing experience, that includes soddering and sweating pipes
Able to do dry wall and texturing
HVAC Experience
Full Carpentry
Bathroom Renovations
Dry Wall, Texturing and Taping
Must Have Your Own Tools
Able To Budget and Forecast Jobs
Create, Implement and Insure Preventive Maintenance Program
Must have Valid Drivers License and Transportation As this position is for multiple properties and you will have to be able to get to each property sometimes in one day.

The following position will be responsible to do the following:
Complete Work orders in a timely fashion
Able to smile and talk with our guests if one approaches you
Keep up with grounds by keeping them clean, and neat
Keep maintenance records on all rooms
Preventive Maintenance on all equipment and rooms
Make sure rooms are in good renting condition including touch up painting, cleaning HVAC Filters etc.
Able to trouble shoot issues.
Other tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate must be able to lift on their own up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ideal candidate must have a highschool diploma or GED.
Most days will be 8 hours a day, with some days you may need to stay longer pending on business needs.
