The candidate's responsibilities will include filing US and international applications (along with other materials during prosecution of such patent applications), corresponding with clients and foreign associates, and other duties. Additional responsibilities include tasks relating to the preparation and handling of all related formalities, such as Declarations, Power of Attorneys, Assignments, Formal Drawings, Information Disclosure Statements, Extensions of Time, Preliminary Amendments, and Missing Parts/Requirements, as well as client communications. Other duties related to US patent prosecution as required; 1500 hour annual billing requirement.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
