Responsible for serving beverages to guests in the casino, bar, lounges or restaurants in an efficient and timely manner. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Promotes outstanding guest relations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum six months experience, preferable in a high volume hotel/casino environment. Must have basic beverage serving knowledge.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good people skills and a well-groomed appearance. Ability to deal with change and uncertainty and flexible enough to adapt and sensibly respond to the situation at hand. Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed.
