Claims Counsel
The candidate will be responsible for analysis of claim and all coverage issues; assessing exposure and posting appropriate loss reserves; negotiating claims to resolution; managing defense counsel, interacting with coverage counsel, and consulting with underwriters on policy language and risk selection. Reports directly to Senior Vice President, Claims. A Law degree required. 3-6 years of experience in relevant liability claims. DO claims experience preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
