Implementation Analyst

o Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade McKesson Products (VITAL, CCMS, DM, CERMe and other interfaces).
o Assist from kick off to post go live technical implementation activities.
o Provide interface related assistance including driving mapping sessions to provide technical consultations.
o Work with client IT staff to complete technical engagements and transfer basic technical knowledge, trouble shoot issues. Provide consultation on best practices and fine tuning systems for efficient use.
o Issue reporting thru completion working with product support, product management and product developers.
o Provide pre sales and post implementation consultation, technical training and support and scope services needs.
o Share ideas and transfer knowledge.
o Provide customer technical training using slides, hands on exercises, web sessions to smaal and large scale audiences.
o Conduct technical assessment, requirements gathering sessions to a room full of attendees containing all technical levels from CIO to help desk staff to answer questions not limited to system architecture, requirements, security, interfaces, network, databases, installation, support, maintenance.
o Complete timesheets and expenses on time.
o Provide excellent customer service to clients.
o Adhere to McKesson ICARE principles, HIPAA guidelines and other regulations.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
