years of experience with mergers and acquisitions. The candidate should preferably also have securities experience, including venture capital experience. Should be in the Top 10% of class from a first-tier law school. Experience with or an interest in working with technology companies will be considered helpful. Large law firm experience is desirable. Must be admitted to the Georgia Bar or committed to becoming a member of the Georgia Bar.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
