This select group will service accounts with the purpose of improving customer service and reducing the risk of delinquency. No experience is needed.
Essential
Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and resolve customer questions/concerns.
Represent the Company and its products and services with pride and enthusiasm.
Be flexible, responsive, and focus on the needs of the customer.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bilingual English/Spanish is required; must be able to conduct a full conversation in fluent Spanish.
Ability to interact with customers in a professional, tactful and sensitive manner.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and some Saturdays.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
