This is a new role and will be responsible for managing and control of the Service Department. This role will be helping to create processes and procedures, manage service deliveries and schedule, vendor negotiation, claims handling, and contract management.
Candidates need to have at least 5 years of management experience in a customer service environment with advanced skills in coordination, negotiation, mentoring, and LEAN/Six Sigma concepts for process improvements.
