As part of our ongoing and continued efforts at adding talent to the firm, our growing Florham Park, NJ office seeks to fill the following legal positions within the firm.
Senior Trial Attorney
Senior Trial Attorney with 10 plus years of general liability, life sciences, toxic tort and/or asbestos litigation defense experience. Heavy trial and deposition experience is required. Portables are desirable but not required. NJ bar admission is required and NY bar admission is a plus.
Mid-Level Litigation Associate
Mid-Level Litigation Associate with approximately 5-10 years of litigation defense experience in general liability, premises, auto, construction, asbestos and/or toxic tort claims. Excellent writing skills are required as well as extensive deposition experience. A prior clerkship is desirable. NJ bar admission is required and NY bar admission is a plus.
Jr. Litigation Associate
Jr. Litigation Associate with approximately 1-3 years of litigation defense experience in general liability, premises, auto, construction, asbestos and/or toxic tort claims. Excellent writing skills are required. Deposition and prior clerkship experience are desirable. NJ bar admission is required and NY bar admission is preferable.
Excellent writing and communication skills are required of all candidates. Applicants are asked to submit a writing sample with their resume and cover letter. Compensation is commensurate with experience and desired salary is requested.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
