I. Position Purpose/Scope: What are the key objectives of the position?
Provides Quality Management Systems process assessments by verifying adherence to work organizational standards. Trains Assembly Department managers on work organizational standards and compliance with Assembly processes.
II. Position Responsibilities/Accountabilities: List the major duties/accountabilities to achieve the positions key objectives.
Plans, provides process assessments and verifies adherence to the work organization standards and compliance with TS-4 Assembly processes.
Provides coaching feedback to Section Managers and Section Leader s with respect to work organization standards and compliance with TS-4 Assembly processes.
Provides training to TS-4 Organization with respect to work organization standards and compliance with TS-4 systems.
Provides active support and training for problem solving with OSPA's and Section leader.
Provides active support and training for process audit s using known audit techniques.
Performs other duties as assigned by BMW MC Operations Supervisor.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
