Senior Managing Counsel, Strategic Alliances
The candidate will advise on deals or projects that are novel or unique but highly strategic to the company such as alternative issuance, strategic alliances with non-traditional customers or partners, or global deals or projects that would require coordination with numerous regions and subject matter experts. Will work closely with the business teams to analyze business cases and structure, strategic agreements and other arrangements with firm's customers, including global, national and regional customers; and draft, negotiate and structure various transactional documents such as alliance agreements, incentive agreements, joint venture agreements, investment agreements, confidentiality agreements, letters of intent and term sheets. Proactively work with internal clients, collaborate and coordinate efforts with colleagues and outside counsels to provide streamlined legal support to the business.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
