Responsibilities:
The Project Manager/ Senior Business Analyst functions as a lead project manager with expert knowledge of IT project management principles. In addition, as a business analyst, have superior soft/business skills with the ability to maneuver and escalate in the international, enterprise setting.
o Serves as a focal point of contact for the business units and other TI-341 departments for all general and specific requirements in regards to governing processes and project management/development activities.
o Develops, documents, and advocates the IT governance processes surrounding IT project management, requirements management, deliverables management, resource management, and project change management.
o Assists all TI-341 associates in governance matters, similar in function to a PMO.
o Manages and oversees all services requested by the business units to ensure fulfillment of targets from the IT prospective.
o Accountable to address business unit concerns, triggers negotiation measures and/or escalation as necessary.
o Manages and promotes relations with business units serviced by TI-341 through effective communications and timely
follow ups.
o Plans, prioritizes and communicates the IT initiatives together with appropriate committees & business units.
o Reviews and validates TCS's portfolio of services with technical and business teams
o Develops and promotes a CRM culture within TCS.
o Identifies new business opportunities, services and products
o Manages and executes business process planning activities
o Analyzes business critical processes and recommend improvements
o Ensures the attainment of the targets goals by developing and analyzing KPIs
o Provides performance reports
o Conducts periodic analysis to gauge the customer satisfaction
Performs other duties as assigned by BMW operations supervisor.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
