Senior Counsel
The candidate will join the Legal and Promotion Integrity department. Will provide regulatory and commercial legal support to multiple business and medical teams within the US Pharmaceuticals Operation. Will also be responsible for advising clients on a broad array of issues relating to FDA pharmaceutical regulations, advertising, product labeling, promotional review, anti-kickback law, privacy law and compliance issues. Assist internal clients in structuring and advising on various promotional, educational and other programs in a way that advances the company's strategy while addressing legal and regulatory risks. Maintain continued legal expertise and to help the company anticipate and identify issues arising from the evolving legal and regulatory environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
