The Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall organization and implementation of the newly developed Master's Program in Intercollegiate Athletics Administration. Reports to the Associate Dean for Graduate Studies and Research and a member of the Senior Management Team in the Department of Athletics. Responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing all recruiting, advising and retention functions associated with program. Facilitate the classroom instruction. Arrange classroom speakers. Coordinate Athletics Department projects. Organize and facilitate the Management Skills seminars in athletics administrating and evaluating student performance in those seminars. Oversee and structure the administrative internships of all second-year program students, including matching students to internship opportunities, communicating with internship administrators to supervise student progress and evaluating student performance. Recruit students into the program and assist the graduate admissions staff in the College of Business Administration with the selection of a diverse and highly talented pool of candidates. Develop promotional material and plan special events and lead presentations about the program in recruitment and orientation events. Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders and alumni.

Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, education, student services, sports administration, or related field, plus two years relevant higher education experience working with students in advising, admissions, marketing, career services or a related field; and/or corporate-level managerial experience that includes program planning, development, and leading activities/projects. Project management experience required. Experience interacting with higher education students required. Proficiency in word processing, database and spreadsheet software is essential.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Prefer Master's degree in business, education, student services, sports administration, or related field; experience related to the management of an athletics administration program or similar program; proven ability to develop internship and job placement opportunities with corporate constituents; and strong organizational, managerial and leadership skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
