Responsibilities include: monitor, troubleshoot, support and repair Routers, Switches, Server WAN Integration, telecommunication infrastructure, including CUCM, Data Center, Presence Server, and Express.


Requirements:
CCIE certification Required
CISCO Nexus experience Required
NAC experience is preferred
Strong router, switch and security system troubleshooting and repair experience
5 years Cisco configuration and experience including:
Cisco IPCC Enterprise
Cisco Call Manager configuration
Cisco IP-IVR configuration/scripting
Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD)/CTIOS Agent and Supervisor Desktop
Ability to interact with remote clients in a professional manner
