Position Description:
Developer will work with Freestyle marketing team to develop Consumer Engagement Reports/Dashboards for Client Freestyle Marketing. In addition, this resource will play the power user role to support Marketing's end users.
Specific Skills/
Experience:
Required:
Experience in developing reports and dashboards on Splunk (4
years)
Experience in integrating multiple data sources on Splunk (4
years)
Experience in implementing Splunk on Splunk
Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze requirements (10
years)
Preferred:
Experience working in large multi-national institutions with complex management structures
Solid understanding of Master Data requirement
Other Skills:
Generally, Splunk Architect/Developer must have good people skills, business skills, technical skills and soft skills to be successful. These include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills.
Well organized and able to complete the work needed for the project independently and with little oversight.
Building effective relationships with clients to develop joint vision for the project, based on a foundation of knowledge of the clients' business.
Assisting the program manager by managing client expectations through careful and proactive communications regarding requirements and changes.
Negotiating skills to build a final consensus on a common set of requirements from all clients and stakeholders.
Ensuring that stakeholders know the implications of their decisions, and providing options and alternatives when necessary.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
