Senior Material Handling Engineer
In this key position, based in Alabama, you will be responsible for mechanical/material Handling design and design review for existing and new facilities. Major project areas will includeall aspects of bulk materials handling, particularly conveyor systems, bins, feeders, hoppers,etc., and field construction management of these type projects in the United States and SouthAmerica, primarily Mining Division. Coordination of Engineering, and Material. Procurement with Construction forces in the field will be an important aspect of this position. The successful candidate will be a results-driven team player who can work independently with minimal supervision. The position requires occasional travel to domestic and international locations. Requirements This is an extremely responsible position, and we are looking for a highly competent and experienaced engineer to fill this role.
Requirements include:
BS or higher in Mining, Mechanical, Civil, or similar Engineering discipline. P.E. desired. Minimum eight (8) to ten (10) years direct design experience in the following areas: o Conveyor systems design. o Design of mechanical power transmission/drives. o Structural design, design of bulk material handling systems including bins, hoppers, feeders, chutes, sampling systems, weighing systems, etc. Experience working in a design capacity for an operating company (as opposed to design a firm) is highly desirable. Top notch communication and presentation skills. Spanish speaking ability would be a plus. Demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, constantly re-assessing priorities. Experience designing safe and practical repairs for high-use equipment. Field experience in design/installation/construction of material handling systems. Demonstrated experience preparing project cost estimates, budgets, and working delivering successful projects on -time and within budget is required. Computer experience with materials handling, conveyor and belt analysis software is required. Basic computer skills including AutoCAD, Excel, Project, and Word, etc. Knowledge of MSHA/OSHA Laws and Regulations related to Mining Engineering and Construction; Thorough knowledge of mechanical, materials handling and structural design codes and standards including all ASME, AISC and CEMA codes.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
