We're seeking our next Audience Development
manager
to help our bloggers grow a loyal user base and our advertisers discover new fans while deepening the connection to existing audiences. We're looking for someone passionate about web, content, understanding users and helping content creators win. You understand social media and shopper marketing. And are very comfortable where the two intersect.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute audience development solutions for select partner segments and content types.
Coordinate audience team activities with needs from the sales, client
services
,
community
and product development teams.
Collaborate with the analytics team to interpret data, define audience development patterns and growth metrics, and deliver recommendations to internal teams based on data and identified trends.
Create and present best practices to partners as well as internal teams and provide key trainings, seminars and workshops.
Help develop key strategies and new product requests for audience optimization.
Work cross functionally with strategic partnerships, marketing, product and data teams to execute on audience development initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
4-6 years work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Work experience in any key audience development areas such as SEM, SEO, Social, UX, Mobile Site Development, Shopper Media.
Knowledge of content business and experience in online publishing with an understanding of the publishing space.
Knowledge or experience of shopper marketing practices.
Strong verbal communication, written communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Thrives in fast-changing, uncertain, start-up like environments.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
