The Corporate Counsel will support the legal department and Company business units on a wide variety of commercial transactions and contracts, intellectual property matters, and legal compliance matters. The Corporate Counsel will have primary responsibility for the Company's commercial leasing, including responsibility for supporting the commercial leasing activities of the Company's retail division. The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation and drafting skills, the desire to become familiar with all aspects of the Company's business, and the ability to comfortably interact with Company employees at all levels, as well as outside vendors and other Company partners or constituents.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
