Our client is a multimillion dollar company comprised of five divisions with offices located throughout the country. These divisions make up their network of fire protection system divisions. With strategically located divisional offices, they are able to work with regional and national companies on local levels, and on projects and facilities across the country.
One of the divisions located in Little Rock, AR is looking for a Project Engineer.
This individual will design, coordinate, and potentially manage fire sprinkler systems projects for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.
He or she will design and create the finished representation for the sprinkler systems using drawing and drafting skills and tools; and will coordinate the design with architectural, structural and other building elements.
The drawings produced will be used as a guide by every other link in the chain of construction, both on-site and in the office.
The project engineer will have responsibility for creating material stock listing, analyzing changes to the drawings, and solving design problems that arise during installation.
Close coordination with the project manager, project superintendent, and sales representative will be required throughout the life of the project.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years in Fire Protection and Sprinkler System Design and Engineering
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
