Job Title/Role: Contingent Document Support Technician
Reports to: Technical
Services Manager
Job Purpose: Create and/or revise documents for the
Technical Services organization and perform other administrative functions
associated with document control.
Job Duties: o Consult with on-site
technical experts to revise or create documents related to equipment
preventative maintenance, use and calibration.
o Coordinate timelines and
priorities with Technical Services and supporting groups to ensure compliance
commitments are met.
o Must be able to follow work processes, maintain close
attention to detail, and meet schedules under strict deadlines
o Support the
Technical Services group with flexibility to meet changing priorities.
o
Follow GSK policies and procedures and represent GSK with accountability and
integrity.
Job Requirements: Basic Requirements:
o High school degree or
equivalent required.
o Basic computer skills; MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook,
MS Visio
o Strong understanding of MS Word including outline and formatting
functions.
Preferred skills or expertise:
o Previous experience in
technical writing role.
o Prior experience working in a cGMP environment
o Associates or undergraduate degree.
o Knowledge of mechanics and/or
instrumentation.
o Previous experience working independently and
coordinating tasks to meet timelines.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
