Client is looking for a developer for their Dublin, Ohio location to work on (2) projects supporting Client customers in the area who are large insurance claims processors and adjudicators with strong Business Intelligence/Analytics. This client location is a small shop. The client is looking for someone to focus mostly on development and maintenance - specifications are completed. Products are live/in production no systems analysis will be required of this resource, except on rare occasion. They desire a resource that would consider transitioning to an FTE - but it is not a requirement. This position is replacing a hands-on Architect/Developer that has left the project - all of the architect/design work is complete and they now need a developer.

DURATION: Start ASAP, 6 month initial contract with contract extension based upon performance

INTERVIEW PROCESS: Phone interview first, with F2F to follow (2-hour in-person interview). Local candidates only.
VISA STATUS: Any Visa status is fine; H1B, Green Card, US Citizen case-by-case basis.
SKILLS:

Minimum:
At least 5 years experience
Strong Oracle and SQL
Windows and UNIX environments
Java and C++

Desirable:

EDI
Healthcare experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
