Service equipment, including preventative maintenance, installation and troubleshooting. Respond to customer/distributor complaints and requests as available.
Troubleshoot customer machine problems over the phone to successful resolution.
Generate service orders for required parts needed.
Initiate machine upgrade requests and perform all paperwork required.
Ability to travel as required to end users to perform service.
Handle & process returned service parts
Perform preventative maintenance on machines as time allows.
Assist distributor in installing new machines & machine upgrades.
Ability to read blueprints & schematics.
Ability to use computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel).
Excellent customer service skills
Good verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Logical thinking.
Qualifications:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience
Electronics knowledge.
Travel time:
Overnight travel expected to be 2-3 nights per month. Coverage - Entire area can be covered by car.
Occasional out-of-territory travel

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Ability to service and repair machine.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment including areas that may be loud, dirty or in a confined space.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time (driving a vehicle).
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
Base: Memphis, TN
Compensation:
$35,000 to $45,000
5-10% bonus
Company car, insurance, gas, etc.
Cell phone/ home office expenses
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
