This individual will be working on equipment refresh - imaging, configuring, loading applications. They will also helping internal users with day to day issues out of work queue. This is more level II support. They have a helpdesk that takes the initial calls and then issues are sent to a queue for this individual to help resolve.
On a day to day basis, this individual will be responsible for the following: Provide stable operation and support of in house computer network and infrastructure Provide routine technical advise and support to users and customers. Assist users having trouble in suing systems, product and services. Provide technical support including problem diagnosis, repairs and setup. Install and commission hardware/software systems, products services and upgrades.
Ideal Previous
Experience:
Ideally would like to see someone with previous IT, level II support experience as well as desktop support experience. Good tenure at some companies and preferably within financial/banking experience would be a nice to have.
Top Technical Must Have Skills:
-1 or more years of IT Analyst support experience
-1 or more years of experience with PC hardware/software installations & troubleshooting.
- PC imaging experience.
Top Technical Nice to Have Skills:
-Financial baking experience.
Soft Skills
This individual should have good customer service skills, strong communication, ability to work independently and collaborate with others in the team. They should also be highly motivated.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
