Our NH based client is looking to add a Corporate Legal Secretary to their team:
Minimum of 5-years experience ideally in a corporate setting supporting multiple attorneys
General corporate, transactional, estate planning and trust administration, with an additional administrative emphasis in government relations.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Reliable, organized and detail-oriented person with a professional appearance and demeanor.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize and manage workload, maintain files, take meeting minutes and set travel arrangements for General Council.
Temp with the possibility of going perm
$20-$26/hour
