Responsibilities:
The position will involve but not be limited to the following duties:
Opening and closing work orders in a timely fashion
Editing invoice notes and entering SIMS
Administering warranty at the work order level
Tracking of service letters that apply to selling store customer machine pop
Processing time cards
Having an awareness of the work being performed in the shop
Assist the Service Department with KPI and WIP management
Keep track of machine revisits and their due dates
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Individuals applying for this position should be self-motivated
Candidates need to be very organized
Excellent written and oral communications skills are essentail
General mechanical background, math skills and computer literacy are needed
