years, dynamic COMMERCIAL GLASS & GLAZING company, $12-$15 million annual sales, seeks skilled aluminum entrance & storefront, aluminum window, curtain wall, aluminum composite panel senior project manager for challenging up-sale commercial building projects (i.e., schools, automobile dealerships, office buildings and more). Project contracts average $400K-$1M. MUST be team oriented, able to think outside the box. Must have strong sense of pride and excel when challenged. Must have a keen sense of quality in products, relationships and customer service. Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, & Outlook, (Auto CAD is a plus, but not required).
The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for analyzing architectural drawings, making take-offs, and soliciting material pricing, calculating labor and assembling job project overall budgets. Candidate will need to present these to the Owner for review and/or approval for quotation to recognized customer (General Contractor) base of clients. Candidate will be responsible maintaining technical library, administrative support/assistant project management, vendor liaison, supplier relationship knowledge, etc. is in place and ready to assist this position. This Candidate will assist the Owner in sales and engineering review of outside shop drawing sources. Candidate will provide other duties as deemed appropriate and as assigned by supervisor/owner of the company.
The project management responsibilities is to oversee the daily details of the assigned project(s), including purchases, review and determination of processing change orders and coordination of office and field activities during the duration of the project(s) with FGM's Field Operations Manager and FGM's Owner. The Candidate will be responsible for all costs associated with assigned projects.
Relocation for this position to the immediate Fredericksburg, Virginia area is a must. Fredericksburg is a beautiful area approx. 50 miles south of the Washington, D.C. area & approx. 50 miles north of Richmond, Virginia.

What are we looking for? An individual with a minimum of 3 years experience in management with mid to large scale projects such as schools, multi glass curtain wall, all glass doors, storefront doors, all hardware, all commercial glass products and composite panel products. The Candidate must have a strong project management style and be well versed in glass design and application for all glass wall systems, storefront, entrances and curtain wall systems.

Additional hours required as needed to maintain projects.
?Geographic Demands: Must live within 30 minutes of FGM's Admin Office.
?Willingness to Relocate: Must relocate within 1 month of starting position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
