What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone to manage the day-to-day operations and services of certification and education programs of two non-profit clients.

What will you do?
Management of support staff to assure effective program execution and that systems and staff are meeting customer service and other performance metrics
Oversight of the clients' certification databases; work with systems service providers (e.g. software companies, testing services) to optimize program performance
Attend committee and Board meetings, prepare minutes and action items, and assure implementation
Be aware and understand client industry trends
Intellectual curiosity and awareness of current trends and technologies related to certification and delivery of education programs
Implement directives as assigned by Director of Certification
Other duties as assigned.

Am I qualified?
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or associated disciplines.
Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience and experience working in a supervisory capacity in a professional field.
Experience with professional certification and/or education programs required.
Knowledge of manufacturing and/or food industries helpful.
Association management or non-profit experience a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
