Team Leader, Client Accounting (Collections)
Manage a team of collection professionals to ensure timely resolution and collection of client/supplier/assignee invoices. The Team Leader will be responsible for driving all aspects of collection strategies, metrics, and revenue protection and managing all phases of the receivable process including troubleshooting, implementing new processes, communicating and presenting to all levels within the organization, external clients, suppliers, and assignees.

Responsibilities:
Manage all facets of the collection process to maximize cash flow and minimize losses by ensuring fees owed to Brookfield are collected per contractual agreements with clients.
Communicate across all departments within Brookfield for resolution of outstanding receivables.
Provide training and coaching to a team of collection professionals.
Assist and direct in the collection process on complex issues.
Monitor collection trends, risk activity and write-offs associated with the collection process.
Successful implementation of process improvements.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Strong leadership skills.
Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships with key contacts.
Excel in communicating clearly and concisely, both in verbal and written communications.
Detail oriented.
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Knowledge of IGP and GSPSE.
High level of collections experience.
