The Business Analyst will plan, coordinate and implement business initiatives and strategies by exploring system improvement opportunities and determining business metrics. This will be accomplished by conducting research, data gathering, performing analysis, completing and/or coordinating user-acceptance testing and investigating solutions.
The Business Analyst requires project management along with analytical skills. This also includes developing customer relationships with various departments and communicating business initiatives.

Responsibilities will include:
Customer Care and Default liaison with EOTS, REALServicing and Telecommunications to research, review, learn, and recommend changes/developments to our systems and procedures.
Responsible for exploring, reviewing and recommending changes and/or developments to the technology aspects of the Call Center.
Determine business impact and cost benefit analysis on system issues or new products.
Coordinate multi-site cross-departmental system enhancement initiatives.
Work with Call Center Management, Supervisors and Tier 1s to continually enhance and develop tracking mechanisms to monitor performance and progress of Customer Care and Default.
Work with Call Center Management, as well as other Servicing Management on global issues such as customer retention, surveys and other special mailings and/or other projects.
Responsible for REALServicing Code Cross testing and communications to ensure positive impacts to the Call Center.
Responsible for mitigating risk to loan servicing by ensuring all assigned REALServicing Code Cross testing is completed thoroughly and timely.

Qualifications:
Business Analyst skills, with an emphasis on using business methodologies for development and service, including test methodologies preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record for team accomplishments
Ability to use several desktop tools, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project
Strong planning and organizational skills, abilities to handle multiple large projects
Strong overall communication skills, including verbal, written and listening
Ability to proactively analyze processes and suggest improvements
Experience in advanced customer service and project management skills with an emphasis on scheduling, resource leveling and expectation management preferred but not required
Working knowledge of Ocwen systems (i.e. REALServicing, Business Objects, Telecom, etc.)
SQL proficiency (code writing and reporting)
3 or more years mortgage banking experience a plus
Experience in multiple residential mortgage servicing divisions a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
