assistant

Qualifications:
o Associates degree in
accounting
or related field required, Bachelors preferred
o Minimum of 2 years of related work experience required
o Payroll and accounting experience preferred
o Ability to work within deadlines a must
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
o Experience with Paychex or similar payroll
systems
o Excellent data entry skills with a keen attention to detail
o Strong organizational and communication skills
Accountability:
o Payroll Administrator reports directly to the Payroll Benefits
manager
Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for gathering, entering and reconciling of all timesheets
o Act as point person to collect and process all new hire benefits enrollment
o Ensure accurate maintenance, processing and use of all time
management
software
o Responsible for keying payroll into Paychex for all contractors
o Communicate with subcontractor companies and/or healthcare facilities to address any time sheet questions or issues
o Assist with uploading of data and documentation into all company-used database systems
o Assist with system specific compliance regarding all sub-contractor contracts including professional liability, workers compensation, rates sheets and COA's for each contract
o Order supplies, process mailings and assist in general administrative duties as assigned
