Working with minimal supervision, this
position
will provide analysis and recommendations for a broad range of systems/IT
services
requested by clients on large, multi-year client projects. The position coordinates with the overall project director and the associated IT functional managers/directors and serves as the primary liaison on IT requests with the client and project management team. This position will gather user requirements, research and analyze potential options/solutions both externally and internally, formally propose/recommend an approach to satisfy client needs and develop bids for potential projects. This position is responsible for coordinating follow up with clients to ensure decisions are reached, budgets approved and that the recommended solution is implemented according to client needs. This position coordinates IT efforts on behalf of the client and serves as the primary liaison with the client.
Education and
Experience:
B.A. or B.S. in
computer
science-related field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must be able to multi task and pay close attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of the clinical research process flow and drug development processes
Strong understanding of software development process
Strong understanding of technologies utilized in clinical research and clinical trial management Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects, budgets and timelines
Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and adapt to changing priorities general knowledge of ERP, IVRS, and OC systems.

years in the role of Business Analyst on multiple projects, both IT and Business including specific experience in: -Requirements elicitation -Requirements management -Requirements traceability -Testing oversight - Integration through Acceptance -Requirements change management.
Strong experience in process analysis, review and mapping.
Strong communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and with the team to guide business users to sound decisions about solutions.
Enough technical experience and understanding to match requirements and business designs to technical designs to ensure objectives are met and testable.
Strong track record of delivering requirements leading to successful projects.
Knowledge of multiple SDLC models, multiple methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid), and multiple testing and delivery models.
Experience in data analysis, mapping and Business Intelligence projects is a plus.
Perform gap analysis on incoming requests based on current metrics, reports and tools available -If gap analysis identifies that items are being requested that are not currently available: Gather, analyze and prioritize requirements, submit to appropriate team/group for evaluation & delivery.
Risk/impact analysis for enterprise reporting & source system changes.
Develop a process for enterprise level reporting requirements managementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
