AccountSource is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a client in Greenville SC. This position is contract assignment that will last 2-3 months. Our client is looking for a team member to handle financial responsibilities to support the operations of the company. The right candidate will have at least two years of Accounts Payable experience, advance
computer
skills and very strong attention to detail. Must have advance Excel skills (Macros, Pivot Tables, V Lookups)
Job responsibilities include:
Perform the day to day processing of invoices to ensure that vendor invoicing is being maintained in an efficient, up to date and accurate manner
Coding of invoices
Provide administrative support, Handle vendor inquiries
Journal entries
Qualifications include:
Two plus years of (A/P) Accounts Payable experience required
Associates degree preferred
Excellent communication skills
Well organized and attention to detail required
Microsoft Office skills, Excel proficiency
Adaptability and flexibility to change priorities when neededEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
