Required Skills:
1. Expert level Business Analyst (BA) experience/Project Analyst (PA)
experience
2. Guidewire BA experience - PolicyCenter would be ideal, strong
Guidewire experience is strongly desired
3. Strong liaison skills between the business areas and the technology
areas
4. Technical writing skills
5. Experience writing/gathering requirements (creating user stories and use cases)
6. Experience in a large I/S team environment
7. Methodical research skills
8. Self-starter with good work ethic
9. Accuracy is important
10. Team player who works well with others
11. Insurance background - Property experience would be idealEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
