Accuro is assisting a client in Charlotte, NC with their search for a LEAN/Six Sigma Consultant.In this role, you will work with one of the most respected energy companies in the country where you will develop and execute detailed Lean activity and improvement plans in support of various Process Improvement projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with project leads to develop specific improvement plans by applying DMAIC principles
Scope and facilitate event, develop action plans, and oversee execution of actions as the client implements the process improvement
Document activities, monitor action items, and communicate progress of projects

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related
10
years as a practicing LEAN/Six Sigma leader; demonstrated experience leading full-cycle process improvement projects
LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt certification MANDATORY
Strong project management experience
Superior business skills and financially savvy; metrics driven
Proven record in building relationships with all levels of the organization
Experience in utility industry & focus on transmission/distribution process improvement preferred
