We are seeking a full-time Senior Systems Radar Engineer to provide Advanced Radar Engineering in support of various program initiatives and evolutions.

Duties
o Provide System Engineering for existing and new radar product projects
o Work with Hardware and Firmware Designers on product design and delivery
o High Level & Detailed Level Design documentation including vendor requirements and test
o Deliver innovative, flexible, integrated solutions to meet customers changing business needs
o Provide frontline customer interface to address customer needs
Responsibilities will include providing RF specific technical and analytical expertise in support of teams responsible to lead state-of-the-art hardware and software development and testing efforts; develop and evaluate system requirements; analyze and critique Radar designs; make recommendations for system enhancements and offer solutions for problem resolution; develop and review system test procedures.
Additionally, monitor or perform tests at contractor or Government testing facilities.
Perform evaluations for designs at various stages of system lifecycle. Attend, support, and participate in technical reviews.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, the candidate will be expected to grasp and apply new information quickly while developing solutions to extremely complex problems requiring a significant degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
Also, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to make decisions and develop advanced concepts, techniques, standards, and solutions that are often precedent-setting.
The candidate must demonstrate highly specialized skills and be recognized as SME in this role.
The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to lead a team, mentor more junior staff, and perform work with little direction.
Candidate must have proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, manage multiple work assignments and meet critical deadlines and demonstrate high integrity and an unyielding commitment to compliance.
Additional
Qualifications:
RF Receiver/Transmitter system/component design, RF system measurement techniques.
Demonstrated ability to utilize various RF test equipment.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance, current clearance preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree required in a specialized area, field or the equivalent and at least ten years of related work experience.
Applicants with a Master's degree and a minimum of eight years of related experience are also eligible.
Qualifications (Preferred):
Preferred candidate will have a Master's degree with experience in one or more of the following areas:
o Radar systems engineering and design
o Radar receivers and sampling
o Radar pre-processing and post-processing algorithms for
land
and maritime, surface and air target tracking applications
o Advanced, real-time signal processing systems
o FPGA development
o Matlab algorithm development and testing with previously collected radar data in land and maritime clutter environments
o Radar test programs and data collection

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
