Responsibilities:
The restaurant General
manager
is responsible for the overall management of the restaurant daily operations.
Maximize guest loyalty by promoting hospitality
Run a cost effective and quality operation
Promote, support and encourage local marketing and catering to increase restaurant sales
Qualifications:
2 years restaurant management experience
ServSafe Certification required
Maintain restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company quality standards
Analyze, manage and control sales, profit and loss according to company standards and objectives
Consistently developing new business and growing the operation
Ensure compliance with employment law, safety regulations and all company policies and procedures during all shifts
