Responsibilities:
Provide receptionist duties in a customer service oriented manner, which includes answering phone during business hours and setting time messages
Assist office personnel with general office support functions
Dealing with shipping/receiving from/for the office
Provide and maintain a process description document for all major office tasks
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment preferred
