The Order to Cash
manager
works with the Senior Director - GBS, the BPO provider, and the corporation at various global locations to coordinate schedules, ensure the participation and completion of documentation for inputs/outputs and desktop procedures, knowledge transfer, milestone approvals and acceptance for next steps. This role works with the BPO provider and various members of the Journey Management team to establish the retained organization's training schedule and helps coordinate the training with the retained organization.
Qualifications - External
- Bachelors degree in business or project management

years of practical business experience
Experience implementing shared service and/or BPO operations
Experience with leading / participating in process improvement activities
Critical competencies required:
Project management experience
Functional knowledge of the processes targeted for migration
Underlying understanding of the complexities relating to change management
Good written and oral communication skills
Highly organized and possess effective communication skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Excellent people management skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
