My client is seeking a manager to join the Melting Department team within a steel foundry plant located in the heart of the Midwest.
As the Manager of the Melting Department you will ensure the organization, distribution, direction and training of manpower throughout the Melting Department. You will manage all aspects in areas of Department Safety, Quality/Productivity, QVS Process Management, Budget and Employee Morale.
You will need a strong foundry background plus a BS Degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering. Must also be
computer
proficient and have 6
years in manufacturing and industry management experience.
