The Service Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention with building owner accounts.
Provides knowledge and consultation in the form of developing refrigeration systems related solutions for the customers problems, including financial and performance based considerations
Develops multiple relationships with buying influence in the customers organization, including facility manager, project managers, project engineers and purchasing
Develops and executes an account specific business plan to identify the long term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership.
Requirements
5
years in
commercial
refrigeration/HVAC. Supermarket experienced PREFERRED
Knowledge of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls PREFERRED
Associate's degree (AAS) or Vocational Trade School required.
Strong Project Management skills REQUIRED
Good written & verbal communication skills
30 - 40% TRAVEL; flexibility to work outside of normal business hours
